• Together we are creating a vision for the city of Urbana, a vision that is collaborative with council, city staff and the public. 

• My primary focus will be on filling the vacant positions within both city hall and advisory boards and commissions, this will help create a people-powered city. 

• As mayor, I will build a leadership team that welcomes diverse perspectives, empowers leadership amongst all staff, and creates a culture of respect and team building.  That will be a direct reflection of our treatment to the public.  We will treat the public with respect and value their voices.
